Deuces Wild 100 Play
Deuces Wild is the next video poker to be released in the
100 Play Power Poker series developed by MicroGaming. This means that now you can play Deuces Wild with not 1 hand per game
but with 100 hands of video poker at the same time.
As the game has its origins in the classic Deuces Wild video poker game, the style and rules of this hundred hand
variety are identical to this classic poker game. For each hand a complete deck of cards is used. Like in Deuces Wild
video poker the game has a wild card, the deuce (or 2) card. A wild card stands in for any other card to create a winning
hand. The deuce will always substitute for a card that generates a hand with the highest payout.
Deuces Wild can be played with up to 5 coins per hand. The coins vary in size from $0.01 to $0.25. In other words, you can
play for as little as $1.00 per game all the way up to a maximum of $125. Because of this high betting limit the 100 hand
video poker games are specifically aimed at the high rollers amongst you. However, with the $1 entry bet the game is fun for
the smaller players as well.
The game is extremely simple. You are dealt a hand of cards which are also called decision cards because they are used by you
to decide which of the cards you want to hold and which you would like to discard. When you hold cards they are
automatically held for all 100 hands. Once you are finished selecting cards you want to hold on to, you can draw fresh cards
by clicking the 'Draw' button. The cards you discarded are replaced by new ones for each and every one of the 100 hands.
Each of these hands can result in a winning combination and you are paid out for the highest combination in each of them.
Payout is based on the paytables. The payout is based on the number of coins wagered per hand and can be as little as 1 coin
all the way up to 4,000 coins if you hit a Natural Royal Flush. Now imagine (and keep your fingers crossed you happen to
be dealt a Natural Royal Flush in your decision hand... because of course you would hold all cards in that hand and win the
jackpot of all jackpots, a 100 times. Using the highest pay-out above that would be 400,000 coins. If you dared to play at
a coin size of $0.25 that would be (drum roll please) $100,000.
Gamble feature
As in other video poker games this one too has a gamble feature which consists of a
simple double or nothing game. If after playing a game you have 1 or more winning combinations you can click on the 'Double'
button on your screen. You are taken to a new screen where you are presented 5 cards, one of them face up. This face up card
is also known as the dealer card. The aim of the game is for you to pick a card from the remaining 4 that has a higher value
than the dealer card. If you chose correct your winnings will be doubled, if it is a tie you have to pick another card whilst
if the card was lower you loose and the game is over. You can continue gambling with your winnings until either you choose
a card with a lower value or when the betting limit is reached.
